The first package was damage during delivery. I contacted customer service, they sent out my replacement right away with proof of pictures. They were in time for Christmas.

I love the posters, however, despite the thin envelope they were shipped in being labeled with a “Do not bend” sticker, they were bent. There were creases on both posters but I was able to lessen them. although I do like that they come flat, I feel that poster tubes would be more protective.
