You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase, free of charge.
For all orders within the United States, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you will have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition in order to be issued a refund. The customer will be responsible for postage and for shipping their order back to us. A 20% restocking fee will occur on all returned items.

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@postertok.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

All international orders are final sales, and we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If any part of your order arrives damaged, we ask that photo evidence of the damage be sent to our support team, and we’ll send replacements for all damaged products at no charge.
