Shipping

Postertok ships everywhere in the USA! Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (except on US Holidays) and typically ship on the next business day. You will receive an email from us with tracking information once your order is shipped. Tracking details will typically update with the carrier’s estimated delivery date around 24-48 hours after the order was shipped. 

Please note that the delivery date is an estimate and may change during transit. Our shipping timelines are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. We are dedicated to delivering your order promptly and will do our best to minimize any unexpected delays.

If you haven’t received your tracking confirmation, please check your spam and/or promotions folder. In case you can’t find it there, kindly contact us at support@postertok.com, and we will be glad to provide it to you.

If your tracking status shows “pre-shipment,” rest assured that your package is still likely to arrive within the estimated shipping time you selected during checkout. If this is still occurring past the arrival date, please contact us and we will look into your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your package. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.

CUSTOMS

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees/import duties. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

If your package has been sent back to us due to address/delivery issues, please reach out to us, and we will organize a new delivery and do our best to make sure your order still gets to you in a timely manner.
